What are your earrings made from?

All of our earrings are handmade from high-quality polymer clay. Polymer clay is lightweight, durable, and comfortable to wear, even for long periods. All metal findings are [stainless steel/hypoallergenic] to help reduce irritation — perfect for sensitive ears.

How should I care for my polymer clay earrings?

• Store them in a cool, dry place.

• Avoid bending or putting pressure on them.

• Keep away from water, perfumes, and lotions.

• If needed, gently clean with a damp cloth.

• Avoid dropping them, as clay can break under impact.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, I ship across New Zealand. Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Processing time: 3–5 business days for ready-made items.
• Shipping time: NZ orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange my product?

For hygiene reasons, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.
